The role
You will lead digital marketing for Tomorrow Group. That means setting the plan, guiding the team, and making sure paid, SEO, social, content and analytics work well together for our clients.
What you will do
- Set the digital marketing plan and priorities for the group
- Guide marketing leads across our brands and keep quality high
- Build clear channel plans across search, social, content and CRM
- Work with data and AI teams to improve live campaigns
- Talk to clients and senior stakeholders about growth results
- Set simple ways to measure success and share what works
What we look for
- Experience leading digital marketing in an agency or brand team
- Comfortable presenting to senior clients
- Can guide specialists in paid, SEO, social, content or analytics
- Clear written and spoken communication
- Happy working across several brands and teams
- Curious about new tools, including AI in marketing
